One of my nativity sets. Can you see what's wrong here? Joseph has gone AWOL. My youngest brother, when he first knew Joseph was missing, said he'd probably adjourned to the local inn to get away from all the busyness in the stable what with all the visitors that keep turning up :)
A look at my eldest daughter Jacqui's living room where she is decorating for Christmas as well as entertaining her grandson, Arlo. School is finishing this week for the summer holidays but Mum and Dad are still working.
I was a bit early with my third candle last week - so -
have another JOY filled week :)
Blessings,
Diana

Love the living room/grandson scene...looks peaceful and colorful and fun. Re: Joseph, isn't that him standing there with the staff? I would use him for Joseph, as there is a little shepherd boy off to the side. Maybe he could be a good Joseph substitute. My Joseph looks a lot like him. Maybe they are cousins. And thank you for the JOY filled week wishes. The same to you and yours!! Christmas Blessings to you and your lovely family.
ReplyDeleteYes, maybe you're right Pamela, we'll pretend he's Joseph and we can still have a laugh at my brother's story :)
DeleteA well decorated home. Too bad about Joseph going AWOL. Maybe he's visiting the tree decorations?
ReplyDeleteI like your brothers story on Joseph.
ReplyDeleteNice to see your daughter decorations too.
Merry Christmas!
LOL ... I do like your brothers story on Joseph being AWOL.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing the video showing your daughter decorations.
All the best Jan
Cute story about the missing Joseph. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Joseph turned up in time for the BIG EVENT!
ReplyDeleteA very sweet nativity scene, even with Joseph missing. Hopefully he'll turn up. My first thought when I looked for the error suggested in your scene was the wise men. The wise men didn't show up until much later. But then what is a nativity scene without the wise men! Have a blessed Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good take on Joseph's whereabouts, hope he gets found.
ReplyDeleteI love your brothers reason for Joseph's being missing, very funny!
